Fall Leaf Cleanup
Fall is a beautiful time of year because the leaves begin to change colors and give our yards a sprinkling of yellow, orange and red leaves. But, what happens when that sprinkling becomes a monstrous pile of leaves that you don’t have time to rake, can’t rake, or you simply just don’t want to?
Well, usually it means sacrificing weekends of watching football, going to the apple orchard, carving pumpkins , or relaxing by the fireplace with a warm cup of hot cocoa. This year that doesn’t have to be the case. Our team can cleanup the leaves that are covering your still green lawn and haul them away for you. This means more football, more family time, and more relaxing after a busy week at work and no blisters from the rake.
There are a few different types of trees that grow in Iowa. First, there is the tree that drops all of its leaves at one time (over the course of a week or two), such as an ash tree. Next there is the tree that drops a few hundred leaves every day throughout the entire season, such as a maple tree. And lastly, there is the type of tree that drops a few leaves every day throughout the fall, clings to them throughout the winter and drops the rest of the dead leaves when the new leaves grow in the Spring, such as a sycamore or many varieties of oak trees.
Each of these trees requires a different type of cleanup program and that can be hard when you have one of each tree growing on or near your property. Our team will determine what species of trees you have growing in your yard and will then suggest a cleanup program based on your preferences.
We can either blow and rake up your leaves and bag them and load them up into our trailers. Depending on the species of trees growing in your yard, our lawn care professionals might have a suggestion for what will be the best for your lawn and your pocket book.
