Overview:
This pivotal role involves managing key client accounts, driving sales initiatives, and fostering long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for the lawn and landscaping industry.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Account Management
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Monitor account performance and track key metrics such as revenue growth, client retention rates, and sales pipeline development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Market Research and Analysis
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product/service development and marketing strategies
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards for management review, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
